Let Your Inner Child Lead You….

Meet the owner and creator of our Brilliant Butterflies family!!

I am the oldest of 4 girls and went to a catholic school most my life. Growing up knowing God, I was always so fascinated with the miracle of life and the birth of a baby. As long as I can remember I loved babies and children. I loved being around them, the laughs, the cute, sweet sounds of their voices saying their first words. I knew early on that I would be a mother. Can you imagine knowing exactly what you want for your life at such a young age? God has certainly blessed me with four beautiful, healthy children. I was raised as a child in a home-based group child care business. I learned early on how to run a successful child care business and I dreamed of opening up my own one day. I opened my first in home child care program after my son was born 22 years ago. I did this for 15 years out of my home. Fast forward to today, I am excited to serve you with our in home Child Care Program and Early Preschool Program right here in our beautiful Livonia area neighborhood.

I have a degree in Early Child Care Education and hold a credential as a CDA (Certified Child Development Associate). I have also earned a certification as a Spiritual Life Coach and Master Life Coach with The Life Coach Institute. In the fall of 2026, I will obtain a Master’s in Spiritual Psychology from the University of Santa Monica. These studies help me to understand how to proper nurture and care for our little ones at this critical stage in their development learning in depth how they are affected psychologically and spiritually at these tender ages of their growth, which becomes our “inner child” later in life.

I believe there is always room to learn and grow! I went back to school in the evenings when my little ones were babies and received my CPC credential (certified professional coder) and have enjoyed working in the medical field for the last 10 years. However, my true love is working with children and their families, and this has always been my main focus. That being said, it gave me the opportunity to explore child care centers as a working mother, so I understand what working parents have to go through when leaving their precious child in the hands of another. We need to trust that our babies are safe, loved, and are learning in a positive environment. I always encourage open and honest communication and every concern a parent has, if any, is taken seriously. I strive to lead by example in all that I say and do.
